Israel-Hezbollah ceasefire under strain

Israeli air strikes killed at least eight people in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, including rescue workers, as a fragile truce continues to deteriorate.

Both the Israeli military and Hezbollah have traded accusations of violating the ceasefire, with Israel ordering new evacuations for several towns.

The Lebanese health ministry confirmed that civil defense rescuers were among the dead in the latest wave of strikes.

Tensions remain high as Israel claims to have destroyed a massive Hezbollah tunnel network, while the militant group continues to target Israeli troop carriers with drones.
