Singer D4vd Charged with Murder

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has filed a formal case against David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, including charges of murder and continuous sexual abuse.

Prosecutors allege the teen girl had been missing for over a year before her decomposed remains were found in a vehicle registered to the artist.

Burke's defense team maintains his innocence, claiming he was not the cause of the victim's death despite the grim discovery.

If convicted on all counts, the singer could face the death penalty or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
