Kenneth Law to Plead Guilty

Ontario man Kenneth Law is expected to plead guilty to 14 counts of aiding suicide in a case linked to over 100 deaths worldwide.

Prosecutors will reportedly withdraw murder charges in exchange for the plea, which centers on the sale of lethal chemicals online.

Law is accused of sending around 1,200 packages of sodium nitrite to individuals in 40 countries, including more than 100 in the United Kingdom.

Bereaved families have expressed fury over the decision not to extradite Law to the UK, demanding a public inquiry into the systemic failures that allowed the operation to continue for years.
