Winston-Salem park shooting

The shooting occurred Monday morning at Leinbach Park in Winston-Salem, where a large brawl broke out among a group of juveniles.

Authorities confirmed that five other people were injured in the gunfire, with several victims transported to local hospitals.

Police believe some of the injured individuals may have also been involved in the shooting.

The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation has joined the probe as the community mourns the loss of the two young victims.
