Brian Hooker released from custody
Brian Hooker has been released from police custody in the Bahamas without charges following the disappearance of his wife, Lynette, from their boat.
Hooker maintains that his wife fell overboard in rough waters and has vowed to continue searching for her despite suspicious circumstances cited by investigators.
Lynette's daughter, Karli Aylesworth, has questioned her stepfather's account and is traveling to the Bahamas to join the search.
The police commissioner noted that while Hooker has been released, he remains a person of interest in the case.
The investigation, which involves the U.S. Coast Guard, continues as search efforts for the missing Michigan woman enter their second week.
