South Korea jet collision apology
The collision involved two F-15K jets during what was supposed to be a routine formation flight.
One of the pilots has been ordered to repay a portion of the $600,000 in damages caused by the accident.
Auditors found that the pilots were filming their 'final sortie' and maneuvered dangerously close to each other to improve their camera shots.
While no one was killed in the incident, the air force admitted it caused significant public concern and damage to military readiness.
