Meta Launches Muse Image AI Generator

The launch marks Meta’s entry into the competitive AI image generation market.

The tool can create images from text prompts and will be integrated into Meta’s family of apps.

However, privacy campaigners have called it a ‘recipe for disaster’ after it emerged that the system could use public Instagram profile pictures.

Meta says users can opt out.
