TCS Nashik Harassment Scandal
The scandal erupted after eight female employees came forward with claims that they were targeted by an organized group within the company.
The National Commission for Women has formed a fact-finding committee to investigate the allegations, which include claims of rape and the targeting of financially vulnerable workers.
Protests led by groups like Bajrang Dal and VHP have broken out across the region, demanding stricter anti-conversion laws.
TCS has instructed all remaining Nashik staff to work from home while the Special Investigation Team continues its probe.
