Sony reveals Spider-Man footage

Sony Pictures unveiled new footage from Spider-Man: Brand New Day at CinemaCon, revealing Tom Holland's Peter Parker dealing with a world that has forgotten his identity.

The studio also shared a first look at Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, picking up immediately after the previous film's cliffhanger.

Holland appeared in hologram form to introduce the footage, which features Peter fighting crime in isolation and discovering a new love interest for Zendaya's character.

The presentations highlighted Sony's ambitious slate for the web-slinging franchise over the next two years.
