Lebanese journalist killed by Israel
The funeral of Amal Khalil drew thousands of mourners in southern Lebanon as her colleagues and family accused Israel of deliberately targeting the veteran reporter.
Khalil was covering the ongoing ceasefire when her shelter in the town of At-Tiri was hit by a missile.
Lebanon's prime minister has labeled the attack a war crime, stating that media workers are no longer 'isolated incidents' in the conflict.
Israel has denied the accusations, while journalists in the region report an increasingly dangerous environment for those attempting to document the human toll of the war.
