MND Big Freeze Event

The AFL community gathered at the MCG for the first Big Freeze MND fundraiser since the death of Neale Daniher, honoring the motor neurone disease campaigner.

Celebrities and players dressed in various costumes, including Kylie Minogue and DJ Fisher, slid into ice water, raising funds and awareness for motor neurone disease.

The Governor-General also honored Daniher, highlighting his significant impact on the fight against MND. This annual event continues to be a powerful platform for fundraising and community engagement, celebrating Daniher's legacy and supporting ongoing research.
