Croatia Beat Ghana 2-1 to Advance

Croatia secured their place in the World Cup last 32 with a 2-1 victory over Ghana, thanks to a late header from Nikola Vlasic.

Luka Modric orchestrated the win, becoming the oldest ever player to assist a World Cup goal at just a few months off 41.

Ghana also progressed as one of the best third-placed teams.

Croatia finished second in Group L behind England.
