FBI Foils Drone Attack Plot on White House UFC Event

The FBI announced Tuesday that it had foiled a plot to attack the UFC Freedom 250 event held Sunday on the White House South Lawn, arresting five people in connection with the alleged scheme.

The plot reportedly involved explosive drones, snipers, and up to 12 suspects across multiple states who held an 'accelerationist ideology'.

FBI Director Kash Patel said the agency learned of the threat on June 10, just four days before the event, and infiltrated a Signal chat group used to plan the attack.

President Trump, when asked about the thwarted attack at the G7 summit, said he had not heard about it.
