Artemis II crew returns home

Commander Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen detailed the intense physical and emotional challenges of their lunar flyby during a press conference at Johnson Space Center.

Wiseman spoke movingly about a moon crater being named after his late wife, while Hansen reflected on the special perspective gained by seeing Earth from 250,000 miles away.

The mission's success has provided critical data for the planned crewed moon landing in two years.

Despite technical glitches during the flight, the crew expressed total confidence in the future of the Artemis program.
