Virginia Redistricting Referendum Passes

A narrow majority of Virginia voters approved a constitutional amendment on Tuesday that allows for the redrawing of the state's congressional district boundaries.

The resulting map is projected to shift the current 6-5 Republican majority to a likely 10-1 Democratic lock ahead of the midterm elections.
