Cathay Pacific flight death

A 51-year-old passenger has died on a Cathay Pacific flight from Manchester to Hong Kong after collapsing mid-air.

The man became unresponsive approximately two hours before landing, prompting an immediate medical emergency response upon arrival at Hong Kong International Airport.

Despite the efforts of paramedics who boarded the aircraft, the passenger was pronounced dead.

An autopsy is currently underway to determine the exact cause of death, while the airline has expressed its condolences to the man's family.
