Saudi Strikes Hit Yemen's Sanaa Airport

Yemen's government said it struck Sanaa airport to block an Iranian plane from landing, while Houthi rebels accused Saudi Arabia of the attack and launched retaliatory missile and drone strikes against Saudi targets.

The incident threatens the fragile peace process and risks pulling the Houthis further into the widening Iran conflict.

The Saudi-led coalition claimed it intercepted ballistic missiles launched toward the kingdom's southern region.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree warned airlines to avoid Saudi airports.
