Dua Lipa sues Samsung for $15m

Global pop sensation Dua Lipa has launched a $15 million lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, accusing the tech giant of unauthorized use of her image for marketing purposes.

The filing alleges that Samsung featured Lipa's likeness on television packaging and promotional materials to falsely imply a celebrity endorsement.

Lipa's legal team claims the company ignored multiple cease-and-desist requests and benefited financially from the singer's brand power.

The lawsuit, filed in federal court, seeks damages for copyright infringement and the violation of publicity rights.
