New Jersey ICE Protests Escalate

Violent clashes have erupted between anti-ICE protesters and federal agents outside the Delaney Hall detention center in Newark, New Jersey.

Governor Mikie Sherrill has ordered state police to establish a 'protected protest zone' amid reports of a hunger strike inside the facility.

Twenty-one protesters, including individuals from Portland, were arrested for assaulting federal officers.

The Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin praised state cooperation, while a Soros-backed nonprofit accused Governor Sherrill of spreading 'MAGA propaganda.'
