Iran ceasefire on life support

President Donald Trump has dismissed Iran's latest peace proposal as "garbage," warning that the fragile ceasefire is now on "massive life support." The Pentagon revealed that the cost of the war has already reached $29 billion as both sides trade warnings of further escalation.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth told Congress that the U.S. is prepared to restart strikes if the current impasse continues.

Meanwhile, Iran has threatened to increase its nuclear enrichment levels if the U.S.-led blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is not lifted.
