Harvey Weinstein's fourth rape trial

Disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein is back in a Manhattan courtroom as prosecutors open their case in his latest sex crimes trial.

The prosecution alleges that Weinstein used his industry clout to prey on and manipulate women, while his defense team has urged the jury to remain impartial despite the defendant's 'grotesque' public image.

This trial follows the overturning of his previous 2020 conviction and features testimony from Jessica Mann, who has appeared in two prior proceedings.
