Monaco Bomb Blast Injures Ukrainian Oligarch

A makeshift bomb detonated outside a residential building in Monaco on Monday evening, seriously injuring three people, including a Ukrainian oligarch.

Authorities confirmed the suspect fled into neighboring France immediately after the attack, triggering an international manhunt.
