Ella Langley sweeps ACM Awards

Country singer-songwriter Ella Langley has dominated the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards, winning seven trophies including Female Artist of the Year.

The breakout star's hit 'Choosin' Texas' also secured Song and Single of the Year honors.

While Cody Johnson took home the night's top prize for Entertainer of the Year, Langley's clean sweep of her nominations made her the night's most significant winner.

The ceremony in Las Vegas also featured emotional performances from Kacey Musgraves and a tribute to the late Ben Vaughn by Dan + Shay.
