NJ Transit CEO Kris Kolluri defended the $150 ticket price for the nine-mile ride to MetLife Stadium, stating it is necessary to recoup the $62 million cost of transporting 40,000 fans per game.

However, Governor Mikie Sherrill has called on FIFA to foot the bill, arguing that fans should not be penalized for the venue's lack of parking.
