Monaco Bomb Blast Injures Ukrainian Oligarch

A makeshift bomb exploded outside an apartment building in Monaco, wounding sanctioned Ukrainian-born tycoon Vadym Yermolaiev, his wife, and their teenage son.

Yermolaiev's wife had both legs amputated as a result of the blast, which prosecutors say does not appear to be terrorism-related.

Police in Monaco and France launched an international manhunt for the suspected bomber, who fled the scene.

The attack has raised questions about the motive, as Yermolaiev is not known to be politically active despite his ties to Russia.
