The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a controversial non-cooperation directive against Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh.

The move follows Singh's abrupt exit from the highly anticipated 'Don 3' franchise, a decision the union claims has caused severe financial losses to daily wage workers and technicians.

FWICE officials alleged that Singh failed to respond to multiple attempts to resolve the dispute privately before the directive was issued.

While some industry figures have defended Singh, the boycott threat has raised serious questions about the professional responsibilities of top-tier actors and the future of the 'Don' franchise.
