Benin elects Romuald Wadagni

Finance Minister Romuald Wadagni has secured a landslide victory in Benin's presidential election, garnering over 94% of the vote.

The former Deloitte executive's win was conceded by opposition candidate Paul Hounkpe as provisional results were released.
