Machado Rebuffs Meeting with Sánchez

The political divide in Spain was on full display as María Corina Machado opted to appear alongside conservative leaders in Madrid rather than meet with the Socialist Prime Minister.

Machado expressed her gratitude for the support she has received from the Spanish people but remained firm in her opposition to Sánchez's engagement with left-leaning world leaders.

During her speech, she emphasized her commitment to returning to Venezuela to lead the fight against the current regime.

The exiled leader also reiterated her trust in the U.S.-led process to restore democracy in her home country.
