Artemis II Crew Returns Home

Astronauts Christina Koch, Victor Glover, Reid Wiseman, and Jeremy Hansen were welcomed back by a cheering crowd that included Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.

While the mission did not break new scientific ground, it served as a critical test of the Orion spacecraft's life-support systems and heat shield during high-speed reentry.

The crew shared heartwarming stories from their journey, including how they used eclipse viewers to witness celestial events from orbit.

This successful flight paves the way for the upcoming Artemis III mission, which aims to land the first woman and person of color on the moon.
