Russia claims school drone strike

Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed retaliation after accusing Ukraine of a deadly drone attack on a student dormitory in the occupied Luhansk region.

Russian officials report that at least six people were killed and dozens wounded in the strike, which Moscow labeled a 'monstrous crime.' Ukraine has dismissed the accusations as disinformation, claiming the target was actually a military facility used by Russia's elite Rubicon drone unit.
