Sudan War Enters Fourth Year

As the world's attention remains focused on the Middle East, Sudan is suffering through the world's worst humanitarian catastrophe.

International donors met in Berlin this week, pledging over €1.3 billion in aid to mitigate the widespread hunger and poverty caused by the fighting.

However, prospects for a ceasefire remain distant, with civilians trapped in a cycle of violence and deprivation.

The war has devastated the country's infrastructure and forced millions to flee to neighboring nations like Kenya and the Central African Republic.
