Kash Patel denies intoxication allegations

FBI Director Kash Patel, supported by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, held a combative press conference to address a recent profile in The Atlantic.

The report alleged that Patel's behavior, including frequent intoxication, posed a threat to national security and led to a wave of resignations within the bureau.

Patel challenged reporters to meet him in court and insisted he has never been drunk on the job.

While one of his defamation suits against a news analyst was recently dismissed, Patel is moving forward with his massive claim against the magazine, arguing the reporting is 'pure fiction.'
