Ukraine Hits Moscow Refinery in Record Drone Attack

Ukraine carried out its biggest drone attack on Moscow since the war began, hitting an oil refinery and causing explosions that sent a storage tank lid flying.

The assault disrupted flights and prompted Russian propagandists to call for arrests over videos of the strike.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that 'if Ukraine burns, your Moscow will burn,' framing the attack as retaliation for Russian strikes.

Russia's defence ministry said it intercepted 555 drones nationwide, but the refinery was struck for the second time in a week, exposing gaps in air defences.
