The status hearing for David Anthony Burke has revealed a 'voluminous' amount of digital evidence that could fundamentally shift the prosecution's case.

An autopsy report confirmed that Celeste Rivas Hernandez died from multiple penetrating wounds to her upper body before her remains were found in Burke's Tesla.

Following the arrest, major streaming platforms have begun removing Burke's collaborations with artists such as Laufey and Kali Uchis.

The 21-year-old musician, currently held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility, faces first-degree murder and sexual abuse charges with a preliminary hearing set for May 1.
