Knicks Parade Draws a Million Fans

New York City held its first NBA championship parade in 53 years, with hundreds of thousands of fans packing the Canyon of Heroes to celebrate the Knicks' 2026 title.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani presented keys to the city as Jalen Brunson and the team reveled in a ticker-tape spectacle that shut down Lower Manhattan.

More than 2 million people lined the streets for the joyous celebration, which culminated in a ceremony at City Hall.

Celebrities including Spike Lee, Timothée Chalamet and Alicia Keys joined the festivities, while Knicks owner James Dolan appeared to snub the mayor in a tense moment.
