Prince Harry's Surprise Kyiv Visit

Prince Harry's Surprise Kyiv Visit

The Duke of Sussex arrived by overnight train from Poland and met with senior military officials and wounded soldiers.

He praised the 'bravery' of the Ukrainian people and directly appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin to 'stop this war.' Harry's visit and strong rhetoric risk creating fresh tensions with President Donald Trump, who has expressed skepticism about continued aid to Ukraine.

The prince also met with celebrated medic Yuliia Paievska, known as Taira, to discuss humanitarian efforts on the frontline.
