Samsung hits $1 trillion value

Samsung Electronics has achieved a monumental $1 trillion market capitalization, propelled by the global boom in artificial intelligence infrastructure.

The South Korean giant's valuation has soared as it becomes a primary supplier of high-bandwidth memory chips to major AI developers, including Nvidia and AMD. To sustain this momentum, the company has announced it will discontinue sales of home appliances in mainland China to focus resources on its more profitable semiconductor division.

This milestone places Samsung in an elite group of global tech firms and solidifies its role as a critical pillar of the AI-driven economy.
