Daniel Moreno-Gama has been charged with attempted murder and attempted arson following a Molotov cocktail attack on Sam Altman's San Francisco residence.

Prosecutors allege the suspect also attempted to break into OpenAI's headquarters and maintained a 'hit list' of technology executives.

The suspect reportedly viewed artificial intelligence as an existential threat to humanity and authored a document detailing AI's purported risks.

No injuries were reported in the attacks, but the FBI has executed search warrants at the suspect's home in Spring, Texas.
