SpaceX Acquires AI Startup Cursor for $60 Billion

SpaceX has agreed to buy AI coding startup Cursor in a $60 billion all-stock deal just days after its blockbuster IPO. The acquisition propelled SpaceX past Amazon and Microsoft in market capitalization as the company pushes deeper into artificial intelligence.

Cursor was founded by MIT dropout Michael Truell.

The deal underscores SpaceX's ambition to integrate AI capabilities into its operations following its historic stock market debut.
