Russian drones strike Ukraine

Ukraine was subjected to one of the largest drone attacks of the war as Russian forces launched 236 unmanned aerial vehicles across 16 regions.

A 16-year-old boy was killed in his home in Chernihiv, while another man died in a strike on Kherson.

In retaliation, the Ukrainian military successfully struck a drone factory in southwestern Russia, aiming to disrupt Moscow's supply chain.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has criticized international waivers on Russian oil sanctions, arguing they provide billions in funding for the Kremlin's military operations.
