Ferrari Unveils First Electric Car

Ferrari has officially entered the electric vehicle era with the debut of the Luce, a luxury speedster priced at €600,000.

The model was presented to Pope Leo XIV and Italy's President, marking a radical departure from the automaker's fuel-burning heritage.

Despite the high-profile launch, Ferrari's share price slumped as some critics and investors questioned if the silent electric engine remains true to the brand's identity.

The Luce is also notably the company's first five-seater, designed in collaboration with Jony Ive's LoveFrom agency.
