Russian strikes devastate Ukrainian cities

Russia launched one of its largest aerial assaults of the year, firing over 300 drones and ballistic missiles at major Ukrainian urban centers.

Local officials confirmed that the casualties include several children, with the youngest victim being a five-year-old boy in Kyiv.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has intensified calls for more advanced air defense systems, stating that the defense of civilian lives remains the nation's top priority.

Despite the severity of the attacks, Ukrainian forces reported successful interceptions and the deployment of new robot combat units to retake frontline positions.
