Arsenal Women edge Lyon

Arsenal have taken a narrow 2-1 lead into the second leg of their Women's Champions League semi-final after a comeback victory over holders Lyon.

Olivia Smith scored the winner late in the second half following a defensive blunder by the French side.

The result gives the Gunners a significant advantage as they look to reach their first European final in over a decade.

Lyon, who had led early through a Kadidiatou Diani strike, will need to overturn the deficit in the return leg in France next week.
