Sony reveals CinemaCon slate

Sony Pictures unveiled a major slate of upcoming projects at CinemaCon 2026, including first looks at 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' and a 'Resident Evil' reboot.

The presentation also featured footage from 'Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse' and a new R-rated animated 'Bloodborne' film.

Tom Holland appeared in hologram form to introduce the new Spider-Man footage, which explores Peter Parker's life after the events of 'No Way Home.' Studio executives also announced reboots of 'Escape From New York' and a fourth 'Paddington' movie in development.
