D4vd charged with murder and child abuse

The legal case against David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, has intensified following the release of an autopsy report for Celeste Rivas Hernandez.

The 14-year-old girl died from multiple penetrating wounds to her upper body before her remains were found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to the singer.

Burke has pleaded not guilty to charges of murder and prolonged sexual abuse.

Prosecutors are now using digital evidence found on his devices to bolster their case as a preliminary hearing is set for early May.
