Seahawks Sold for Record $9.6 Billion

The Seattle Seahawks have been sold to Indian-American billionaire Vinod Khosla and his family for a record $9.6 billion, the most expensive NFL franchise sale in history.

Khosla, a current minority owner of the San Francisco 49ers, will see his wife Neeru serve as controlling owner.

The deal smashes the previous NFL record and involves a charitable component worth billions.
