Wembanyama exits with concussion

The San Antonio Spurs suffered a major blow in Game 2 of their playoff series as Victor Wembanyama was forced to leave the court following a hard fall.

Wembanyama tumbled face-first after being fouled in the second quarter and did not return to the game, which the Trail Blazers eventually won 106-103 to even the series.

Under league rules, Wembanyama must complete a series of benchmarks without symptoms before he can be cleared to play.

His status for Game 3 remains highly uncertain as the team returns to San Antonio.
