Nigeria-US strikes kill 175 militants

A coordinated air campaign by the Nigerian Air Force and U.S. AFRICOM has eliminated 175 ISIS-linked terrorists in the Tumbuns and Mandara Mountains.

The strikes successfully destroyed critical weapons caches, financial networks, and high-ranking insurgent figures, including Abu-Bilal al-Minuki.

President Bola Tinubu hailed the operation as a prime example of effective international collaboration in the fight against global terrorism.

Despite the military success, humanitarian groups remain concerned about the ongoing threat of terrorist infiltration in local government areas across the region.
