Two UK police officers killed in wrong-way crash

Pc Matthew Blades, 37, and Pc Tom Clough, 38, were killed when a Volkswagen Passat drove the wrong way and struck their car.

Five young men in the Passat also died.

The IOPC says the chase was ended about ten seconds before impact.

Tributes highlighted that Blades was a football coach looking forward to teaching his son.
