Musician D4vd charged with murder

David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, appeared in a Los Angeles court on Monday to face capital murder charges.

Prosecutors allege the 21-year-old killed 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez to prevent her from exposing their illegal relationship.

The victim's body was found in a decomposed state inside the singer's Tesla after it was towed from a Hollywood Hills location.

If convicted, Burke could face the death penalty or life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.
